MS Dynamics AX / NAV:The additional OptiDoc module enables you to create, enrich and extend reports within Dynamics AX / NAV just by a mouseclick on the available database tables and fields. It is no longer necessary to let a programmer create customized reports. OptiDoc provides LaserNet with an XML file. By using simple drag-and-drop techniques, the document data is then mapped to the document overlays, which can be created in MS Publisher or any another Windows based design software. Additional information, logos, barcodes, bar and pie diagrams can all be added without changing the print stream. LaserNet can be used to create all documents from AX / NAV environments as well as any other IT application, supporting all your laser, matrix and thermal bar code label printers. Optidoc delivers the formatted document back to AX / NAV application, so that you can preview your documents before printing. A copy is automatically stored in AX for archiving purposes.
